Santorini is one of the destinations I love coming back to. Not only is the island special because of famous Oia sunsets, but also the dramatic cliff views, delicious seafood served by the Amoudi Bay and a vast selection of of the most incredible hotels offering stunning Caledra views. My favourite activities while visiting Santorini include: *wandering the picturesque streets of Imerovigli *setting off a scenic trek from Thira to Oia *taking a sunset catamaran cruise *visiting the Red Beach at sunrise before the crowds arrive *snacking tzatziki in one of my favourite restaurants on the island- Naoussa My favourite time to visit Santorini is April and the main reasons are less crowds and significant accommodation price drop. The weather then is already mild and pleasant for sightseeing. The top place to stay is Imerovigli- home to all the luxury pool villas overlooking the cliffside. It’s equally beautiful as Oia, yet less crowded. My best stays include Chromata Santorini, Charisma Suites, San Antonio, Marizan Cave Suites and Canaves Oia. #santorini #greece #visitgreece
