-Sangkhlaburi- a district of Kanchanaburi Province

When talking about Kanchanaburi Province, many people probably think of dams, rafts, or waterfalls, right? But Kanchanaburi Province also has another interesting district, which is Sangkhla Buri District. This district is quite far from Kanchanaburi City. If you come, I recommend staying for 1 night. If you travel from Bangkok, you should stay for 3 days and 2 nights to make it worth it. The distance from Bangkok is about 350 kilometers, and from Kanchanaburi City is about 200 kilometers. -Let's get to the point- When you arrive in Sangkhla Buri District, the first thing to do is to rest because I arrived quite late. I went to eat Mon food, which is pork skewers dipped in water (I can't remember what it's called). But it tastes really good. Each skewer is only 1 baht. This shop is a famous shop here. Then we went back to our accommodation to wait for the next day's trip. In the morning, we rushed to the Mon Bridge to see the culture of the locals. The weather was cool and comfortable. I recommend finding a guide. I got a child guide. My sister took me to eat at a rice porridge shop. You heard me right, but the rice porridge here is very delicious and there's a lot of it. For this meal, I treated my sister because she's cute. Later in the morning, we took a boat to see the sunken temple because the water level was very high, so the temple was submerged. If you come during the dry season, you will see the temple more clearly. Finally, we went to the temple with the black Buddha image. We had to walk up a bit, about 100 meters (steep). The Buddha image looked like it had been struck by lightning and the roof was torn off.
