At first glance, it looks like an ordinary coffee shop, but when we entered the shop, the first thing we noticed was the minimalism of the shop, which is simply decorated. There is a counter for making coffee and a few seats in the corners of the shop. The middle of the shop is open, making it look comfortable and not crowded. Every Day 1990 Cafe is a coffee shop that is serious about the taste of its coffee. From what we saw, the bags of coffee beans on the shelves, some of the coffee beans were ordered from Chiang Rai Province, while some were imported from the Middle East and Africa. The owner told us that "If we use the right coffee beans for each menu, it will enhance the taste of that cup of coffee." So we ordered several cups because there were interesting menus that invited us to try. And another thing is that when we sat in the cool air-conditioned room, we almost didn't want to go outside.
