Zhanshan Temple... The central temple of Qingdao...

Located at the eastern end of Taiping Mountain Park in the mountainous area northeast of Zhongshan Park in Qingdao, it is next to the starting point of the cable car that goes up towards the TV tower. It was established in 1934, and it is the most recently built among the Tiantai sect temples in China. Inside the temple, there are Buddha statues with various rich expressions, and it is said that about 20 monks reside there. The temple is very quiet and spacious, and many people come here to worship Bodhisattvas, making it the oldest and largest temple in Qingdao worth visiting and paying homage to.
