Polignano is a beautiful town on the eastern coast of southern Italy. Like any other destination in the region of Puglia it offers stunning views, delicious food and romantic vibes 🌅🍝💗
We fell in love with the blue waters even though the beaches are not sandy. Take a pair of plastic sandals with you and enjoy the beautiful sea! 🐟
Don't forget to try the fresh seafood and the octopus sandwich of Polignano 🥪
In the evening there is a very nice atmosphere for walks while you enjoy your ice cream..nice shops and restaurants are open for tourists in the summer nights ✨

Traveling in Southern Italy: POLIGNANO A MARE, a beautiful seaside resort
#Invincible Sea View #Overseas Travel
Enjoying the sea breeze, the endless blue color echoes the mood of vacation. In Polignano a Mare, a small seaside town in southern Italy, the clear turquoise water and the small houses built on the rocky caves create a very unique picture.
🔶Where is POLIGLIANO A MARE? 🔶
It is located at the heel of the boot in southeastern Italy, facing the endless Adriatic Sea. Polignano a Mare is a seaside town in the province of Bari, in the region of Puglia.
The blue sea and the clear wind. In summer, Polignano a Mare is crowded with tourists coming for beach vacations. Even with so many tourists, there is still a sense of space here. The houses along the coast are built on grottoes, which are the characteristic of this small town.
🔶Charming seawater tones🔶
Scogliera del Lungomare Modugno is the most classic photo location in Polignano a Mare. The turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea and the small houses built on the rocks form such a beautiful picture.
There are not many tourists in the morning, but it is a bit backlit. When we went there again in the afternoon, the scenery was completely different. The sea water was turquoise and clear, as if it was shining with dazzling light.
🔶Hometown of the famous singer DOMENICO MODUGNO🔶
Domenico Modugno, the lead singer of the famous Italian song Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu, was born here. A bronze statue of him (Monumento a Domenica Modugno) was erected in the square.
Tourists passing by can't help but hum a few lines of the song~Volare, oh oh, Cantare, oh oh oh oh. Nel blu dipinto di blu, Felice di stare lassù…..
If you like sunshine and beaches, the beach in Polignano a Mare is a good place to enjoy the summer. Although the beach is not very big, the water is clear and you can see the bottom. There is also a cave called Grotta Piana on the left side of the beach. The surrounding scenery is very unique.
The ancient city center here is also very unique. The white and pastel-colored small houses, as well as the unique shops in the alleys, have a very small town feel.
🔶Itinerary suggestions🔶
You can go there from Bari and visit it as a day trip.
The town is not big and you can walk around. If you don’t plan to sunbathe or relax on the beach in Polignano a Mare, you can arrange to visit the nearby fishing village Monopoli on the same day. The journey by train (Trenitalia) takes only 5 minutes.

Polignano a Mare in Southern Italy: Relax and enjoy delicious food at a seaside restaurant
#Unbeatable Seaview #Overseas Travel
At noon, I chose a restaurant by the sea to enjoy the sea breeze and escape the overly hot sun. The restaurant, Trattoria il Grottone, has sweeping views of the sea and the rows of small white houses of Polignano a Mare. It is 100% super beautiful scenery.
Of course you have to try seafood at the seaside in southern Italy. I ordered a dish of fresh sashimi Antipasto crudo di Frutti di mare and mussels. The sweet sashimi was full of the fresh taste of the sea, accompanied by the never-boring view of the Adriatic Sea. The environment was really intoxicating and the price was very affordable.

Found it, finally found it!! Alberobello, a fairytale-like little world!
This white mushroom-shaped town in southern Italy is a mythical place so beautiful it feels unreal. Nestled in the Itria Valley between Bari, Brindisi, and Taranto in Apulia, this gem of a town has only about 10,000 residents but boasts world-famous architecture, earning it UNESCO World Heritage status in 1996.
✅ Alberobello Travel Guide (Short Video Script)
📍 Location: Puglia region, Italy, ~60km south of Bari. Recommended to drive or take a train to Bari then transfer by bus.
🏡 Must-Do Experiences
1️⃣ Trulli Houses: UNESCO-listed! White conical roofs + limestone walls like a storybook town—every angle is photogenic.
2️⃣ Rione Monti District: Dense cluster of trulli houses with winding alleys, perfect for slow exploration and boutique shopping (handicrafts, olive oil).
3️⃣ **Church of St. Anthony**: The only trulli-style church, with a 21m-high dome and intricate interior—don’t miss it!
📸 Photo Tips
✔️ Sunrise or sunset light on the white roofs is magical.
✔️ Wear bright colors (red/yellow) for contrast against the white buildings.
⚠️ Notes
▪️ Hot summers—bring sunglasses + hats; quieter with fewer tourists in winter.
▪️ Cobblestone streets are uneven—comfortable flats are a must.
▪️ Some trulli are now B&Bs (€100-200/night)—try staying overnight!
🚗 Nearby Stops
▪️ Locorotondo: 10min drive, another whitewashed town with stunning vineyard-view terraces.
▪️ Polignano a Mare: Cliffside coastal town, 30min away.

Sea slam at Pietra Piatta
#ThailandAirTicketEvent After you've finished sightseeing in Old Town, be sure to stop by the 📍Pietra Piatta (Pendma Chiatt) observatory. If you sit on the rock and gaze blankly at the emerald sea, you'll lose track of time. Locals and travelers alike were bringing snacks and drinks and sitting there like a picnic. I recommend this quiet healing spot where you can look at the sea and the sky and feel the cool breeze. #italytravel #EuropeanTravel #OverseasTravel

Summer in Southern Italy...🫶
A place with a beautiful sea and a pink sunset
PollignanoAmare
💙PollignanoAmare is a coastal town near Bari in southern Italy. It is famous for the Monachile Beach, a sea between cliffs
♥️ Monachile Beach
It is a beach formed between cliffs, and the view of the sea from the bridge is so beautiful!
There are large and small pebbles and rocks, so it would be good to bring aqua shoes! Bare feet can hurt! It is also a place where the World Diving Competition is held. Maybe that's why there are so many divers at Monachile Beach. It was fun to bring a beach towel, find a spot, swim, and watch people's diving skills while lying down on a beach towel.😃
💛 Sunset in PolignanoAmare
PollignanoAmare is not only hot during the day. In the evening, the pink sunset turns the entire town into a romantic atmosphere. Don't miss the evening at Polignano a Mare 😉
💕 How great would it be to be able to spend your vacation in Polignano a Mare this summer? It's a place I want to go again.
