Wat Phra Thong or Wat Phra Phut is one of the Unseen temples in Phuket, located in Thalang District, Phuket Province. If you are visiting Phuket, after arriving at the airport before going into the city, I recommend that you stop by to pay homage first. The highlight of this temple is the Buddha statue that only half of its body is protruding from the ground. There is a legend that a boy tied a buffalo rope to a pole protruding from the ground, but it was actually the head of a Buddha. The boy did not know, so he died. The buffalo also died. When the boy's father found out the reason, he was going to dig up the Buddha statue to worship, but he could not dig further because there were wasps and the wasps attacked the people who were digging, so he did not dig further, leaving only half of the statue. #SouthernTeam

Phra Phut, Wat Phra Thong, one of the Unseen Thailand of Phuket Province Phra Phut Phra Thong, a valuable landmark of Phuket people, is the principal Buddha image that is said to be like no other in the world. Anyone who is in mourning and goes to pay homage will have their wishes granted. Who would have thought that Phra Phut is only half-body? The more you look at it, the more it looks like a Buddha image intersecting with the earth, emerging to be seen as a blessing. In addition to Phra Phut or Phra Thong, inside the chapel, there are also Buddha images for each day of the week for you to pay homage to. At Wat Phra Thong, there is a museum built by the temple and a collection of valuable historical objects that tell the way of life of Phuket people in the past. Unfortunately, photography is not allowed inside this museum.
