A Day Well Spent at the Louvre Museum

1️⃣ Ticket Purchase: Head directly to the official website for ticket purchase. Search for the Louvre on Google Maps, click on the ticket link below, and choose to book your ticket. Finally, pay with a credit card, and the e-ticket will be sent to your email. There's no need to print it; you can use the PDF version throughout your visit. (EU students under 26 can get free tickets, but remember that you still need to book them.) 2️⃣ Entry: We entered through the Louvre Pyramid entrance, choosing the 10:30 AM entry ticket. Although there were quite a few people in line, the process was quick. It's strongly recommended to visit in the morning. You can bring food with you. 3️⃣ Duration of Visit: Visiting in the morning is highly recommended because the Louvre is enormous and can't be fully explored in just one morning. More people will keep entering, making it increasingly crowded. The entire visit takes about five to six hours. 4️⃣ Visiting Tips: After entering, there are maps in various languages on the first floor. You can purchase a guide video on the first floor and exchange your ticket for a machine on the second floor. We didn't buy the guide video. Instead, we used the map and ChatGPT for explanations. Everyone has their own preferences for visiting, so explore according to your interests. We had a casual visit, not rushing to see the museum's treasures. After entering the galleries, we looked for nearby sculptures and paintings. Of course, we missed some classic pieces, so it's a good idea to research must-see treasures beforehand. The Mona Lisa is crowded, but with some patience, you can get close and take several photos. 5️⃣ Rest: There are benches in each gallery. The entrance area is crowded, so you can choose to rest on benches inside the galleries. There are dining options inside, and the prices are reasonable, slightly higher than outside but acceptable. 6️⃣ Photography: There aren't many people at the entrance in the evening; I went to take photos around 9 PM. #Louvre #France
