Osaka | A Check-in Map Summarized from 3 Round Trips to Osaka

| A check-in map compiled after 3 visits to Osaka. Having been to Osaka three times, I've explored nearly all the famous and off-the-beaten-path attractions. Here's a summary collection~ 1️⃣ Namba Yasaka Shrine. The iconic lion head is said to swallow your bad luck when you stand before its open mouth. Remember to go early in the morning to avoid crowds for photos. 2️⃣ Katsuo-ji Temple. A bit remote, but the thousands of Daruma dolls covering the mountainside are truly spectacular and worth the trip. 3️⃣ Festival Hall. This concert venue lets you have the red carpet all to yourself after evening performances. 4️⃣ PL Tower. Another slightly distant but unique spot. For the best photo angle, take the Kintetsu Minami-Osaka Line to Tondabayashi Station. 5️⃣ Abeno Harukas 300 Observatory. Offers panoramic views of Osaka and is a great spot to photograph Tsutenkaku Tower from above. 6️⃣ & 7️⃣ Umeda Sky Building. Another observatory in Osaka. Picture 7 shows the escalator leading to the observatory, giving a strong sense of a time tunnel! 8️⃣ Hep Five Ferris Wheel photographed near Umeda Station. 9️⃣ A classic plane-spotting location in Osaka, on the pedestrian bridge near Nishisanzu Park on the west side of Itami Airport. 🔟 Another plane-spotting angle, this time on the east side of the airport near Sone Station. 1️⃣1️⃣ Tsutenkaku Tower. There used to be a massive blowfish-shaped lantern 🐡 here, but it's gone now - what a pity. 1️⃣2️⃣ Shinsaibashi. This set features Osaka in daylight 🌆, but I actually prefer the night version 🌃.
