Osaka: A Dreamy Review by a Girl Who Loves All Things Kawaii

Hello everyone~ Today, we’re taking you on a tour of Osaka, a charming city that makes your heart flutter as if you’re walking through a manga! This trip is packed with delicious food, trendy spots, and cute photo ops that will make every girl squeal with delight! Ready? Let’s go~ 🧳🎀 📍 Day 1: Arriving in Osaka~ Excited!! After a long flight, we landed at Kansai Airport and almost rolled out of the plane 😂. Too excited to feel tired! We took the Nankai Limited Express train to Namba Station, which only took about 40 minutes. We checked into a hotel near Shinsaibashi, conveniently located within walking distance of the shopping district. The hotel had soft beds and warm orange lighting, giving off a cozy Japanese vibe—just like being in an anime! 🛏️✨ 🌸 Day 2: Osaka Castle x Shinsekai In the morning, we strolled to Osaka Castle, the iconic symbol of the city. Inside, there’s a historical exhibition, but our favorite part was the spacious grounds surrounded by sakura trees (even when they’re not in bloom, it’s still beautiful!). Wearing a kimono here takes the cuteness to the next level 💮🍃. In the afternoon, we took a train to Shinsekai, an old district filled with neon lights, pufferfish-shaped restaurant signs, and the Tsutenkaku Tower, where you can enjoy a 360-degree view! Taking photos here gives off a retro Japanese vibe 📸✨. For dinner, we had Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) at the famous Daruma restaurant. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—so delicious it felt like being in a food commercial 🍢. 💖 Day 3: Universal Studios Japan (USJ) 🎢🌈 The day we’d been waiting for! We spent the day at USJ~. For Harry Potter fans, the Wizarding World is a magical experience that feels like a spell has been cast on you! 🧙♂️ Another favorite was Super Nintendo World, where it felt like stepping into a Mario game! Everything was adorably designed—even the pipes were cute 😂 🍄🎮. Don’t forget to try the character-themed snacks like Minion desserts or mushroom-shaped cookies. They’re Instagram-worthy and will have everyone asking where you got them 📱🍪. 🌆 Day 4: Dotonbori x Shopping Spree! 🛍️💸 A trip to Osaka isn’t complete without visiting Dotonbori! Just a short walk from our hotel, this area is a foodie and photo paradise. The must-visit spot is the Glico sign with the running man on the bridge 🏃♂️✨. For lunch, we had famous Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancakes) at Chibo. So good, we wanted to hug the chef 😂 🍽️. The afternoon was all about shopping! We explored Shinsaibashi-Suji, a shopping street filled with cute stores. We bought Japanese-style stationery, kawaii tote bags, and premium snacks for friends from Don Quijote 🎁💕. 🌄 Day 5: Trendy Cafes x Kuromon Market This morning, we slowed things down with a visit to “Micasadeco&Café,” a minimalist and super cute café. Their fluffy pancakes were like eating clouds—pure bliss 🥞☁️. A short walk away was Kuromon Ichiba Market, a traditional Japanese market with tons of fresh food. We tried giant strawberries paired with fresh cream mochi—so delicious we wanted to bring some back home 🍓🍡. 🌌 Day 6: Goodbye Osaka (But We Don’t Want to Leave!) It’s the last day 😢. We packed up, took one last stroll, and enjoyed a cat latte at a cozy little café before taking the train back to the airport.
