We enjoyed 5 carefully selected dishes and cocktails~🥰🍍✨ ------- ✔︎ Lentil and roasted beet salad ✔︎ Buckwheat flour and spring onion pancakes ✔︎ Roasted cod ✔︎ Roasted pork and watermelon salad ✔︎ Pineapple tart ✔︎ Seasonal cocktails & drinks ------- ✔︎ Lentil and roasted beet salad is delicious with steamy lentils, roasted beets and pickled beets✨ Ricotta cheese also goes well with it~🧀🤤 ✔︎ Buckwheat flour and spring onion pancakes are pancakes with buckwheat flour dough and onions😳 Fluffy and chewy texture with extra aroma😍✨ Plenty of salmon on top for a satisfying meal💯 ✔︎ The roasted cod is full of green vegetables🥬🫛! It's a nice dish that combines a salad and a main dish🤭 It has a slightly spicy Chinese taste that goes well with alcohol🍻 ✔︎ The roasted pork and watermelon salad was surprising because it had watermelon😂! When I ate it, I was even more surprised by the match of juicy pork and freshness of watermelon🍉😳 It also has a hint of coriander, so if you like exotic flavors, you should definitely try it✨✨ ✔︎ The pineapple tart is a perfect match between the sweet and sour caramelized pineapple and the creamy coconut😍✨ It's a rather sweet dessert, but it's very delicious!! It's more like a pie than a tart☺️ It was really delicious~🍍✨ ✔︎ The seasonal cocktail & drink is a Mandarin Highball made with non-alcoholic gin! A blend of mandarin, lemon, green tea and soda Fruitful yet refreshing😍✨ "Pineapple Shrub"🍍, made with shrub, a popular fermented drink in Europe Full-bodied pineapple flavor with just the right amount of acidity🤭 Mixed with soda, it's light!
