Share a winter plan for Japan 🇯🇵☃️ 14 days, 9 provinces

Jaehapla travel to Japan in winter ☃️ Long-term 14 days, full time, visa-free! (We went in December 2022) 𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃 ✈️ Flight ✈️ We flew Air Asia. The tickets were very expensive. We had to accept it. 🥲 I think the currency is cheap when traveling now. ⊹ Outbound: Fly to Kansai Airport Osaka ⊹ Return: Return from Narita Airport Tokyo 𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃 🚂 Travel schedule 🚂⊹ This trip was planned by ourselves. We focused on being adventurous and not having any elderly people. ⊹ We focused on not moving accommodations too much (4 in total). ⊹ We mainly used the JR pass to travel between cities. We planned the days we had to cross cities to be next to each other (using the JR pass as a 7 days) 🚦Day 1: Airport -> Namba (Osaka Prefecture)‣ Check in to accommodation, shop for winter clothes in Namba‣ Take a photo with the glico sign 🚦Day 2: Universal Studios Japan (Osaka Prefecture)‣ Target Mario zone🚦Day 3: Naoshima island (Kagawa Prefecture)‣ Go cycling to find Auntie Yayoi's pumpkins‣ Continue to Korakuen Garden and Okayama Castle 🚦Day 4: Himeji castle (Hyogo Prefecture)‣ Himeji Castle is very beautiful, it takes a long time to walk‣ Walking around the city 🚦Day 5: Move to Kanazawa (Ishikawa Prefecture)‣ Moved to Kanazawa and encountered a snowstorm‣ Omijo Fish Market 🚦Day 6: Kanazawa -> Komoro (Nagano Prefecture)‣ Walked around Higashishaya and Kenrokuen Garden‣ Traveled to Nunobiki Onsen and soaked in a hot spring in the snow 🚦Day 7: Move to Tokyo (Tokyo Prefecture)‣ Moved to Tokyo‣ Walked around and saw the lights at Roppongi 🚦Day 8: Zao Fox Village (Miyagi Prefecture)‣ Went to see the cute foxes‣ Additional reviews of the fox village 🚦Day 9: Kawaguchiko (Yamanashi Prefecture)‣ Went cycling and saw the view of Mt. Fuji🚦Day 10: Disney Sea (Chiba Prefecture)‣ Relive the past This place is so magnificent 🚦Day 11: Tokyo shopping (Tokyo Province)‣ Shopping, walking around Shinjuku, grabbing dolls 🚦Day 12: Disney Land (Chiba Province)‣ Focus on watching the parade, reminiscing about your favorite cartoon characters 🚦Day 13: Tokyo Shibuya sky (Tokyo Province)‣ Walking, relaxing in Tokyo‣ Going up to see the last light of 2022 at Shibuya sky 🚦Day 14: HNY 2023 Asakusa (Tokyo Province)‣ Praying for the New Year at Asakusa Temple and climbing the Tokyo Sky Tree‣ Back home already! 𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃 🚅 Transportation 🚄⊹ Use trains and buses for the whole trip⊹ Buy a JR pass to ride the Shinkansen across the city comfortably⊹ Buy an IC card and top up to pay for trains, buses, convenience stores, and many stores accept it too. Very convenient 𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃𓂃 🏠 Accommodation 🏠 We only slept in 4 places, focusing on being near stations with Shinkansen so that it would be easy to travel✦ Osaka: Unizo Inn Shin-Osaka 4 nights ⊹ Very close to the station, complete with amenities, able to open a large suitcase There are restaurants near the accommodation, 7-11 and Family Mart before entering the accommodation m ✦ Kanazawa: Garden Hotel Kanazawa 1 night ⊹ Very close to the station, there is an underground walkway from the station to the hotel, very convenient because when we went, there was a snowstorm ✦ Komoro: Onsen 1 night ⊹ This is special, soaking in a hot spring in the snow is so cool ✦ Tokyo: Hotel Sardonyx Ueno 7 nights ⊹ Near the restaurant area, you can drag your luggage outside the market to escape the chaos. There is a Family Mart near the hotel.
