A ramen shop that was grand opened in 3 days by President Matsumura of "Jinrui Mina Menrui," also known as the No. 1 in Osaka queues, opened along the Dotonbori River on 8/26 (Fri) at 18:00. When I visited just after 18:00, right after the opening, it was really open, although there was no sign. The interior mural was painted in one day. The menu seems to be out yet, but I went to try the ramen. 　　 ▼Ramen with no name yet 890 yen They've decided on the name of the shop, but haven't thought of a name for the ramen yet. But they've already created a very delicious ramen. 　　 A soy sauce ramen with a slight sweetness and deep flavor accented by the umami of seafood. In a large bowl, there is less soup than in regular ramen. 　　 Three slices of tender, flaky pork. It's absolutely delicious when eaten with the precious soup. Extra thick bamboo shoots, green onions and clam shells. 　　 The medium-thick whole wheat noodles go down smoothly and the soup sticks to them well. It was an exquisite ramen that can only be described as delicious! I definitely want to eat it again. 　　 The restaurant is located in the basement of the Korean cafe "Waffle Khan Dotonbori Store" across from WINS in Dotonbori. The restaurant is on the promenade side of the Dotonbori River. 　　 There were four tables and eight seats inside the restaurant.
