Location: 1-14 Kaname-cho, Oita City, Oita Prefecture (1st photo) Chicken statue (3rd photo) The red steam locomotive-pulled passenger train inside the station is called the "Mini Train Bunbun-go" and is an attraction that goes around the Oita Station outer concourse to the JR Oita City passageway in the station building, and operates from 11:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (with a one-hour break in between).
