The museum is right next to the main railway station in Odense, which is very convenient. The museum building is an old locomotive shed from 1954 with 21 tracks, displaying the history of Danish railways from 1847 to the present day. You can see locomotives and carriages of various types and ages, some of which you can even go inside and experience. My favorite is the Royal Train, where you can see how the Danish royal family traveled in the past. I also saw some models of railway ferries and learned about the relationship between railways and shipping. In addition to viewing the exhibition, I also participated in some activities, such as riding a mini train, exploring the locomotive master's workshop, playing in the children's railway station, and there is an outdoor playground. I think the museum is very suitable for the whole family to come together. There are many interesting and educational things.
