The determination and passion for making coffee of Mr. Phu, the shop owner, is still full. In the past, he has competed in coffee competitions and received many awards. This time, we got to try filter coffee and espresso using the recipe and technique that he won the award. The drip coffee was very moist and fragrant in the mouth, very satisfying. The shop also has specialty coffee beans to choose from, changing every month. The shop's House Blend coffee beans are also full. There are 4 blends to choose from, including light, medium, and dark roasts. As for the espresso, I tried a new signature menu, PRADIT ES-YEN Coffee Almond Fudge.
