Ninh Binh... Ha Long Bay on land...

Tam Coc and Trang An Hang Mua, which are also called 'Ha Long Bay on land' due to their many ancient Vietnamese relics and outstanding natural scenery, are famous tourist destinations with their attractive limestone karst topography with rice fields and rivers as the background. Ninh Binh is most popular as a one-day tour from Hanoi, but I personally think it's also quite nice to visit Ninh Binh separately and stay there. There are many beautifully decorated accommodations in Trang An and Tam Coc, so it would be a good choice to stay there as if you were resting at a resort. And if you have the chance, try the local goat meat for experience.. There are quite a few famous goat meat restaurants.
