It is a prominent Taoist temple renowned for both its architectural elegance and its cultural significance. Established in 1972, the temple was built to honor the Jade Emperor, one of the principal deities in Taoism. The construction was completed in phases, with the basic structure finalized in less than 60 days, while the temple was officially completed in 1985. A remarkable feature, the five-tiered Tiantan (Altar of Heaven) which was added in 1992, further enhancing the temple's distinctive character.
