Shenzhen Nanshan Chaoshan Cuisine Recommendation - Shan Baye

Recently, I planned a one-day trip to Nanshan District, Shenzhen, for the Easter holiday. I went there to enjoy the flowers and check in. As soon as I came out of Exit H of Nanshan Station, I saw Shan Baye Fish Stall, Chaoshan Cuisine. The decoration has the style of an ancient inn, and there are private rooms of different sizes for entertaining friends and relatives. The restaurant specializes in Chaoshan dishes such as Chaozhou-style stewed food, seafood, and raw pickled food. Raw pickled blood clams I have always loved Chaoshan pickled food, which is very fresh. Blood clams = cockles, taste so fresh and sweet. It feels safer to eat here. Fried Garlic Bones The fried meat is tender and delicious! Stir-fried clams with ginger and scallions The portion is a pound, quite a lot, fresh and without sand Marinated platter (example) Pork tongue, goose meat, goose intestines, and tofu as the base The goose meat is tender and not greasy, and the goose intestines taste great Rich Celery There are several vegetables such as snow peas, Chinese cabbage, celery, etc. stir-fried and delicious Salt and Pepper Shrimp Fresh mantis shrimps are made into pepper salt. Because they are fresh, they are easy to peel. The shrimp meat is sweet and tender.
