It is the longest, largest, and best-preserved ancient city wall in the world! It stretches 35.3 km and has 13 city gates. Today, I'll share the Taicheng section, the essence of the Ming City Wall. Overlooking Xuanwu Lake, with distant views of Zijin Mountain and Jiuhua Mountain, and close-up views of Jiming Temple and Zifeng Tower, if you come at the end of March or in April, you can also enjoy the cherry blossom avenue of Jiming Temple from the city wall.🌸 The scenery is truly beautiful.👀 Taicheng has witnessed the rise and fall of six dynasties and experienced the vicissitudes of life.
