As soon as you enter the store, the first thing that catches your eye is the corner with a round aquarium. Staring at the goldfish swimming leisurely is really soothing. The overall space adopts an open design, with wooden decorations and a whole wall of books, creating a warm and artistic atmosphere. In a corner of the room, a special studio area is set up, where various art-related works are placed, making the space full of literary and artistic atmosphere. For meals, this time we tried the #八丁杂增dandan面, which uses the fried minced pork with Hatcho miso. It has a rich aroma and is paired with chewy udon noodles. It has a rich flavor and excellent taste. But it’s a pity that the portion is a little small, and I feel like I’m not satisfied. Another dish, #eelteasoakedrice, has crispy roasted rice balls topped with eel slices and drizzled with hot tea.
