They have white miso and soy sauce flavors! For those who like it rich, there's white miso. For those who like it light, there's soy sauce. Apparently😋 I like soy sauce-based motsunabe, so I chose the soy sauce-based motsunabe✨ It's full of plump offal, and the broth comes out of the offal and vegetables, so it's so delicious that you'll want to drink up the broth.
