You can use google map for navigation or you can ask the tricycle driver to drop you off at Betsy's Restaurant. Ambiance/Facilities - The staff is very accommodating and they serve so quickly. Every time we go to Panagsama we always dine at this place since they have happy hour and you can get buy 1 take 1 drinks. And we love Margarita so might as well take the chance.
