When I decided to stay in Marseille, I looked for accommodations near the port because I saw reviews saying that the area near Marseille-St-Charles Station was not safe. The prices were generally higher than those near the train station, but I found this accommodation with a reasonable price range and interior design. It was nice that I could use the kitchen unexpectedly 😊 It was also nice that I could look down on the courtyard from the room, and there was a large mart near the port and a retail store near the accommodation, so it was convenient for shopping. 🌳 Address : 48 Rue Vacon, 13001 Marseille, France - 4 minutes walk from Vieux-Port subway station 🌻 Fare : Around 200,000 won ⚘ Tip : There is no elevator and the stairs are spiral, so if you have heavy luggage, I recommend staying on the lower floors. ⚠️ The stairs are long and you have to carry them up yourself. You can check the floor number on the accommodation website. There is no exhaust fan in the kitchen, so you have to open the living room window to cook.
