The steaks are served rare alongside a hot stone, allowing you to warm them to your liking. The lean, flavorful steaks are absolutely exquisite. The Jamón Ibérico I had here was the best I've ever tasted! Perfectly salted and sliced thinly to perfection, just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Every wine was delicious, and I ended up drinking more than I intended. The seasonal white asparagus was delightful, and the lemon sorbet with biscuits served after the meal was unforgettable.
