Macao Cultural Heritage Route | Exploring the Footprints of History

My dears✨, this is my sixth visit to Macau, and I have embarked on an extraordinary journey of cultural heritage! Start from the Gaslan Garden and feel the leisure of Macau in the greenery. National Geographic Grand Lisboa check-in spot, where modern architecture and historical atmosphere collide to create wonderful sparks. The Vasco da Gama Gardens is filled with swaying trees and a sense of comfort. Stepping into Fengtang Alley, you will find a blend of artistic atmosphere and Portuguese style, and every corner is worth savoring. The solemn and majestic Church of Our Lady of L'Avenida da Mundo tells the story of the years silently; the majestic and magnificent Cannon Fort has witnessed countless changes in the world. The exquisite decorations in the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary are breathtaking; the town hall building displays a unique elegance. Strolling in front of Gangding, the historical charm is overwhelming. St. Augustine's Church, Dom Pedro V Theatre, St. Lawrence's Church, these ancient buildings are filled with profound cultural heritage. The Ho Tung Library and St. Joseph's Seminary were unexpected surprises, quiet and mysterious. After this journey, I realized that Macau is much more than just a place of decadence and glamour. The parishes divided around the church retain the cultural heritage of the Portuguese colonial period. Going deep into the streets and alleys and encountering these little-known places is the true way to touch the soul of Macau. Although it was only a one-day trip, I gained a lot.
