It is easily accessible and there are many restaurants nearby, so it is a relatively easy place to live. In Los Angeles, where hotel prices are high, I felt that it was very cost-effective at 20,000 yen per night. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. You have to ask the front desk for water, but the staff asked me "Do you want water?" when I checked in and checked out, which I thought was very kind.
