Day 1: Taoyuan - Seoul (Transit) - Los Angeles The journey begins with Asiana Airlines, marking the start of a long-awaited adventure! At Taoyuan Airport, I spent a relaxing time at the Oriental Yu Yi Lounge, enjoying a variety of delicious food, free drinks, coffee, and alcohol—a perfect place to unwind. During the layover at Incheon Airport, I chose the Matina Lounge, appreciating its quiet and convenient resting area. After an overnight flight, I woke up eager to start my Los Angeles adventure! Long-haul flights no longer feel daunting, thanks to the comfortable lounge environment that makes waiting time enjoyable. Day 2: Universal Studios Hollywood - Lower Lot This is my second visit to Universal Studios; my first was over a decade ago at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka, before the Harry Potter area was opened. This time, in Hollywood, I get to experience the magical world of Harry Potter and the newly added Super Mario World! I opted for a two-day pass to fully explore this cinematic wonderland, with today's focus on conquering the classic attractions in the Lower Lot. 🔹 Super Nintendo World - Mario: Mario Kart is truly a classic! Not only can you challenge your speed, but you can also use the "Power-Up Bands" to hit blocks and collect coins, making you feel like part of the game. If you want to avoid long lines, the "Single Rider Line" allows for quick multiple rides—perfect for solo travelers like me. 🔹 Transformers: The Ride-3D: This is an adventure that immerses you completely in the movie storyline! In this 3D attraction, I became an Autobot member battling the Decepticons. The animated scenes are incredibly realistic, making you feel like you're in the Transformers world, surrounded by mechanical roars and explosive thrills. The coolest part? After the ride, you can take photos with popular Transformers characters like Optimus Prime and Bumblebee! Although Bumblebee didn't appear this time, the giant Decepticon robot was equally impressive! 🔹 Jurassic Park - The Ride: Perfect for a hot summer day, this water adventure takes you through a dinosaur-infested river, making you feel like you've stepped back into the Jurassic era. The most thrilling moment was when a dinosaur suddenly attacked as I crossed the river, with water splashing everywhere—so refreshing! 🔹 Revenge of the Mummy - The Ride: This might be the most exhilarating indoor roller coaster I've ever experienced! Though the track is short, the speed is breathtaking. The entire ride is filled with thrills as you navigate through a ghostly tomb full of traps. The final twist caught me completely off guard, leaving my heart racing and making me want to ride again! 🔹 Studio Tour: The "Studio Tour" is truly a visual feast! From the high-speed car chases of "Fast & Furious" to the dinosaur world of "Jurassic Park," every scene immerses you completely. The 360-degree 3D special effects blend reality and virtuality, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in iconic movie scenes. You even get to witness the wreckage of a Boeing 747 crash—absolutely stunning! Accommodation: Tonight, I stayed at Nite Inn at Universal City, conveniently located near Universal Studios. The comfortable environment ensured a good night's sleep, recharging me for tomorrow's adventures. Summary: Today's trip to Universal Studios Hollywood exceeded all my expectations! From Super Mario World to Transformers, every attraction was filled with surprises and excitement. Whether it's daring roller coasters or thrilling water adventures, every detail made me feel the magic of the movies. If you're a movie fan, this is definitely a must-visit destination!
