Elliot's, the hottest bistro on London's South Bank

My friend and I finally made an appointment to go to the Elliot’s that we had been longing for. I heard there is also one in Hackney, but this time we ate at the one in Borough Market! . The environment is very chill, the restaurant is always full during meal times, and you can see the bartender mixing drinks at the bar. . Heritage Tomato Carpaccio, croutons, shallot & basil This tomato slices with bread is really delicious. The sour and sweet taste and the crispy and hard texture of the bread are a very special combination. But it's very appetizing and delicious! . Oyster mushroom, celery leaf and egg yolk The mushrooms are super fresh and the egg is a bit sticky when stirred, which is very good! . Beef Ragu, pancetta & parmesan This pizza is so delicious! The beef is marinated and has a slightly salty taste, and the tomato flavor is also very strong. The pizza is not very big, just right for two or three people! . Day Boat Turbot, verjus, confit garlic & fennel herb The fish meat is really fresh, tender in taste but a little chewy! It's the fishy taste that only fresh fish can have! Treasure!
