British Museum Day Tour

Admission is free and you can book your visit time online, but you can also enter without a reservation. It has its own audio app to guide you through the exhibition hall. When I asked the staff about solutions for failing to download due to regional or country issues, several staff members only said, "Try using their Wi-Fi, or try downloading using their 2D Code." When both methods failed to download successfully, the staff could only say, "It's like this sometimes," or that it was a technical problem, and that was it. There was no alternative solution, such as a web-based tour, which affected the visiting experience. #British Museum
