The beauty of Old Towns.

Lijiang Old Town is absolutely beautiful and you get a different feel from it! I recommend to stay inside the ancient city, and spend at least 2 nights to fully appreciate it. You’ll see tourists dress in Naxi attire for photos. During the day it’s quiet as tourists are out and about, but at night it comes alive with many music bars, restaurants and shops. Souvenir shops close around 11pm and clubs/bars around 1am. You’ll also find western options and highly recommend N’s Kitchen for foreigners as the owners speak English and can provide helpful information on tours and attractions.
