Port of Coruña in the North West of Galicia where cruise ship docked. There's a lot of tourist attractions where you can visit and enjoy the beautiful attractions. From Madrid to Coruña you can take train or by bus, I took bus and it took me 5.5 hours to reach the city of Coruña. This city has a lot to offer you can bring your swim wear where there's a beach where you can put some towels to sun bath and feel the heat of the sun. You can visit the Roman Lighthouse ,"the lighthouse of Hercules" where you can see the view of the Ocean. Plaza Mayor is one of the historical places in Spain where people gathered after of working all day to enjoy and relax. Plaza mayor has a lot of events to tell from old generations as this was the meeting place of different people in society. Around plaza mayor were shops and restaurants located and you can stroll and shops different items, from personal, gifts, souvenirs, local products of its place and etc.
From Coruña to the capital of Galicia "Santiago de Compostela" 1 hour drive from the city of Coruña and I'm really amazed how beautiful and magnificent this place.
