●Name Sky Lantern Festival @ Heian Shrine ●Access 13 Okazaki Saishoji-cho, Sakyo-ku, Kyoto 🚌Take the Kyoto City Bus and get off at Higashiyama Nijo Okazaki Park Exit, then walk for about 5 minutes 🚗There is no parking, so use a nearby parking lot ●Points Lantern festival between the Sanmon Gate and Torii gates of Heian Shrine Recent lanterns are designed with the environment and safety in mind LED lights prevent fires Instead of leaving the lanterns flying, they are connected later and you can collect them yourself It seems charming, but it's realistic 😅 Anyway, the location created a fantastic atmosphere and it was fun #SummerWeekendTrip
