[Kyoto] Retro spot ShinPuhkan

A stylish Western-style building in the ancient capital. I went to "ShinPuhkan", which reopened in 2020! Originally the building was the former Kyoto Central Telephone Office, but in 2001, a British architect redeveloped it and it became a commercial facility😊 The exterior of the historic building is almost the same as it was back then, so it's a retro yet modern space!
