#japantrip The courtyard garden is stunning during both the day and night. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the turndown service always comes with a little surprise like a face mask or cookies. Every little detail is thought through. The thermal baths are also incredible, and I regret only using them once. I’ve never felt lucky to stay at a hotel before, but I’m very fortunate to have been able to stay here. I hope to make it back one day.overall awesome
