Since the construction of Kyoto Tower in 1963, it has caused a great stir, and the old people of Kyoto hated this strange building that soared into the sky; not to mention the Kyoto Station, which opened in 1997, with its gorgeous steel canopy, a large square or staircase that can be turned into an exhibition hall at any time. From the controversy to now becoming a pilgrimage site for architecture students, the people of Kyoto must have mixed feelings! Subway, JR, Shinkansen, private railway, bus, you can go to the airport and anywhere you want to go in Kyoto City with super convenience. Shopping, cosmetics, Kyoto specialties, fashion clothes... You can shop till you drop in large department stores and various specialty stores. Eating, there are two or three hundred restaurants in Kyoto Station, and famous restaurants are gathered here. Even if you don't shop, eat, or take the train, Kyoto Station is a good place to relax.
