Visit Kumamoto Inari Shrine ⛩️ | Kumamoto | Japan 🇯🇵 Kumamoto Inari Shrine is located in the city of Kumamoto, next to Kumamoto Castle. It is a very old Shinto shrine in the city. Since this shrine was built in 1496, it was built to protect Kumamoto Castle from all evil and is located in the southeast of the castle. When walking into the shrine, you will see torii gates lined up along the stairs that will lead to another worship point, which is very impressive (I didn't dare take a picture in the shrine 😱). Although this shrine is small, it is full of charm and interesting things. (There is a glass ball, just like in the movies, everyone 🤭) You can take the tram from Kumamoto Station, Line A, and get off at stop No.10. You can pay for the tram like a bus.
