Authentic and bold, just like what you’d get in China. • The fish is boneless and perfectly cooked — tender, fresh, and so satisfying. • What really impressed me was the free flow flower tea they serve. It’s a blend of roselle and plum, slightly tangy and super refreshing — perfect for cutting through the richness of the soup.
