Family Lunch, Japanese-Style

#kualalumpurtrip Brought the family here for a weekend lunch and Fujisawa Izakaya did not disappoint. The warm lighting, tatami seating, and classic Japanese posters gave us a little taste of Japan without leaving KL. My parents were especially amused by the retro decor—it reminded them of old Japanese dramas! We ordered a few different set meals, including miso hotpot and udon. The presentation was lovely and the flavors comforting. Even my younger sibling (a picky eater!) polished off their rice and soup. It’s a spot that brings people together over good, simple food.
