The RuMa Hotel Kuala Lumpur

After entering the hotel, the service staff was very enthusiastic in helping with the luggage and checking in. I could just sit and wait with my hands free throughout the whole process, and the service was very fast and not delayed. Although the staff's Chinese was a little poor, haha, they had no problem communicating in English and their basic needs were well met. I think I can give full marks for the service. The design of the hotel lobby is quite standard, and the spiral staircase in the middle is quite suitable for checking in and taking photos. However, I love the decoration of the room. The full Nanyang style and the embellishment of artworks give people a bright feeling. The wooden blinds and ceiling fans have a very Southeast Asian feel. The overall space is very spacious, and I am also very satisfied with the softness of the bedding. Coupled with the self-adjustable lighting effects, I can't help but want to sleep soundly.
