Ritz Carlton KL

#malaysia Check in to Ritz Carlton KL was smooth and fast. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was already ready when I was there. The room is clean and spacious and surprisingly to see the balloons and the towel decorations. It was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast is good too! There was a wide spread of food to choose from. The location is convenient. Walking distance to Pavilion Mall and lots of restaurants to choose from. Avoid driving, as is always heavy traffic at Bukit Bintang area. Had a great stay at Ritz Carlton KL. Will visit them again for my next vacation.
