[Parasailing in Kota Kinabalu🛥] I really wanted to do parasailing, so I did it at Kota Kinabalu Mamutik Island Tour😃 Since it was a same-day reservation, I went to Jesselton Point early and took the 9:30 boat. Since the number of reservations and the boat schedule are different for each window, it is important to choose the right window!! Before I went, I had already thought about which island I would go to, whether I would do the Nanamun tour, what activities I would do, whether I would eat, whether I would rent life jackets or snorkeling equipment, etc., and I went there to easily make a reservation after thinking about the expected price. After haggling over the price I wanted at Jesselton Point, I was able to get on the boat at the pier on time and arrive at Mamutik Island in about 15 minutes, cutting through the sea. And then parasailing!!!!!! The safety officer on the boat kept saying "Pongdang Pongdang Mani Mani" ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Even after riding it, it was so fun that I booked another ride 😍 About 30,000 won was gone in 10-15 minutes, but I think it was worth it. Parasailing is so great 💙 After parasailing, I ate the cup ramen I brought in advance in the shade of the beach, played in the water, and played. It was heaven! I recommend Mamutik as a close island to go from Kota Kinabalu. [The prettiest Mengalum Island in Kota Kinabalu🧚🏻] An island tour is a must in Kota Kinabalu! That's the only way to enjoy the beautiful ocean and activities😀 I was planning to go on an island tour twice, so the first time I chose Mengalum Island where you can snorkel in the beautiful ocean. The places you usually go on an island tour from Kota are Sapi, Gaya, Manukan, Mamutik, and sometimes Sepanggar, and Mantanini Island, which is far away but has much clearer water than the other islands. However, the island I found after beating out all of these islands was Mengalum Island!!!!! I am so proud and honored to have found this place..🥰 I hope you choose Mengalum Island for your Kota Island tour after reading my post~ 📍 Let's summarize the pros and cons of Mengalum Island - Pros 1. Unlike other islands, the water is very clear 2. There is a limit to the number of visitors per day on the island (not crowded) 3. The beach is very pretty 4. It is not well known to Koreans yet 5. It looks cleaner than the shower rooms on other islands - Cons 1. It is a Chinese private property, so there are many Chinese tourists --> However, there is a limit to the number of visitors on the island itself, so it's okay. 2. It takes a long time to get to the island (4-50 minutes one way) --> But the boat is as bumpy as a roller coaster, so it might be difficult for the scared or the elderly. --> Mantanini Island is 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours one way, but this is shorter. 3. There are no activities. Snorkeling only --> It might be a disadvantage for those who only play in the water or like activities during the trip, but it was okay because we planned to do activities on a nearby island on another day. 4. 🐠Snorkeling Tour Kota Kinabalu Mantanani Island🐠 When you go to the resort #Kota Kinabalu, you should enjoy at least one #activity, right?! Among them, I recommend the #Mantanani Island Tour!! #Snorkeling where you can enjoy the underwater scenery full of tropical fish I recommend it to those who like activities~!! It was really so great to swim in the really clear emerald seaㅠㅜ ✏️Reservation: There is a way to do it in Korea, and there is also a way to do it when you go there! I chose the way to do it when you go there and made a reservation at the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront!! I thought the weather was important, so I didn't make a reservation in advance and decided to check the local weather forecast! I went without making a reservation, but since I visited during the rainy season, I chose the tour date and chose it, but it wasn't that clearㅠㅠ Schedule🕙: Pick-up from downtown starts at 6-7 AM! The locals pick you up at the time you were told and drive for about 2 hours to the pier٩꒰｡•◡•｡꒱۶ I passed out in the car because it was early in the morning, and after writing down my personal information at the pier and waiting for a bit, I got on a boat and went into the island! ‼️Things to watch out for here‼️ If you get seasick, definitely take motion sickness medicine,,, I didn't know anything and just went there and got seasick and couldn't come to my senses, and I almost diedㅠㅜㅠThe boat ride takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour, but when I got to the island, I felt sick and just lay downㅠㅜㅜMotion sickness medicine is absolutely essential!! And the weather was bad on the day I went on the tour, so I was originally going to go snorkeling at two places for an hour each, but I went snorkeling at one place for two hours and came back to the dock ŏ̥̥̥̥םŏ̥̥̥̥ Still, it was fun and great, but I hope other people go on a nice day and experience everything without missing anything٩꒰｡•◡•｡꒱۶ And the buffet (5th picture) provided at Mantanani Island wasn't delicious, but it was edible! 🍝Kota Kinabalu Restaurant Introduction🍝 #When you go to Southeast Asia, do you force yourself to go on a diet because the food doesn't suit your taste?!?! That's me I'll introduce you to the restaurants I went to in Kota Kinabalu, even though I don't like Southeast Asian food٩꒰｡•◡•｡꒱۶ 1️⃣BBQ: It's a BBQ located in Imago Mall. In Korea, it's a chicken restaurant, but in Kota Kinabalu, they sell a variety of menus from Korean to Western food!! I ordered Pane and Kimchi Pancake, and the Pane was edible, but the Kimchi Pancake was more like fried food?! It was greasy! They sell a lot of Korean food, so stop by. 2️⃣UPPER STAR: It's a restaurant located in Imago Mall, and they sell a variety of Western food! The menu was above average, and above all, the atmosphere inside was nice, so it was nice to eat. 3️⃣SOULED OUT: A restaurant located in Imago Mall that sells steak!! Steak can't be bad. I had steak + cream pasta and it was really delicious. It's a guaranteed delicious restaurant. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ 4️⃣Waterfront Sunset Bar: This is a restaurant located in Waterfront Sunset Bar, but Sunset Bar sells similar menus, so I just went to the one located by the sea! The taste was just okay, and I think it's good that you can eat in front of the sea. However, I went when the weather was bad, so it was hard to eat while getting my hair hit by the wind... Visit on a nice day! 5️⃣Baskin-Robbins: Baskin-Robbins located in Imago Mall. The menu is different in Korea and they put sprinkles on top of the ice cream! (It tastes better in Korea (｡•́︿•̀｡)) 6️⃣Tart: It's a tart shop located in Wizma Merdeka, the currency exchange office with the best exchange rate! They sell various tarts, kaya toast, and other desserts! What can I say? They're so delicious, so buy one when you stop by to exchange your money٩꒰｡•◡•｡꒱۶ 7️⃣Imago Mall Mart: The mart sells a lot of different jams! I didn't like food, so I bought lotus jam and kaya jam and made toast every morning. It's so delicious. I don't get tired of eating it every day and it fills me up. Everyone, get one jam! The price is also cheap ( •◡-)✧˖° 8️⃣ What can I say, the best food when going abroad is Korean ramen!! I bought a bundle of carbonara buldak and took one out every time I wanted spicy food. Kota Kinabalu Waterfront Restaurant, ‘Toscani’ I also went to Kota Kinabalu by foot ㅠㅜㅜ ㅋㅋㅋ On the last day, I ate at the waterfront I went to ‘Toscani’ on a friend’s recommendation!!!
