[Hyogo/Kobe] The million-dollar night view of Mt. Rokko

#KobeTrip I went to see the million-dollar night view of Mt. Rokko in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture 🙌 I was finally able to see the famous night view that I had always wanted to see ✨ I arrived before sunset, waited for the sun to go down at a cafe on Mt.
