"Amenimo Makezu" in Kita-ku, Tokyo

Today's lunch ramen goes to "Amenimo Makezu" in Kita-ku, Tokyo. It seems that the salt ramen is famous, so I entered the shop because it was close to the site. I thought I'd go to the backflow, but I said it many times, so I went to a store I had never been to. I ordered Ajitama salt. First of all, soup. Is it chicken oil? Is it olive oil? I feel a slight salt in the oil. A little elegant taste. The noodles are medium-thick and straight. The noodles are pretty delicious. The noodles are better than the soup.
