[Kagoshima] Free foot baths at Kagoshima Airport

The first time I visited, I was on the last flight so there wasn't much time to wander around, but this time my flight arrived during the day so I had plenty of time to walk around the airport. When I visited in June 2013, there was a place inside the airport where orchids were beautifully displayed and stained glass of Sakurajima was also there. There was a sign selling original towels, and while I was looking for where they were sold, I found them in a vending machine near the bus stop for the city. Nearby, there was a statue of Saigo Takamori and a foot bath that could be used for free. *It seems that the foot bath is not available late at night.
