The temple area is 26 rai, very spacious. The shape of the temple and the surrounding area is a hexagonal plain. There are villages surrounding it on three sides and Bueng Kaen Nakhon to the east of the temple. 🧡 At Wat Nong Waeng, there is the Phra Mahathat Kaen Nakhon, Phra Mahathat Kaen Nakhon or the nine-tiered chedi for Buddhists to pay homage. The chedi is 80 meters high with four small relics located at its four corners and a seven-headed naga wall surrounding it. It is a combination of Dvaravati and Indochinese art. Entering the temple is cool and peaceful, very mindful.
