๐กIf youโve only got 24 hours in Kathmandu, you can still soak in a lot, culture, food, and energy. I started my day in Thamel, wandered through its chaotic charm and buzzing alleys, then made my way to the peaceful stupa of Boudhanath, and ended the day with a magical evening in Patan.
My top tip: Eat local as much as you can.
The Newari Khaja Set is an absolute must-try, rich in flavor, culture, and variety. Youโll find lots of local eateries across the city, but I especially recommend trying it in Patan, where you can enjoy both the food and the beautiful heritage ambiance.
