Pa Miat's restaurant has been open for decades. We didn't interview her much, but we heard from our friends from Kapong that she has been open for a long time and Kapong people like to eat here. The first thing we saw when we entered the restaurant was the "Crispy Pork" placed behind the pan. The crispy pork skin was golden and shiny, and the pork belly sauce looked juicy. We knew right away that it must be delicious. We ordered the "Crispy Pork Rice" as the first dish, followed by the crispy pork as an additional dish. When we took the first bite, we exclaimed "Wow!!!!" The "Pork Leg" was another dish that the auntie told us to try. We could order it as "Pork Leg Rice" or "Pork Leg Noodles". The pork was just the right amount of tender. The meat was meat, and the soft part was just the right amount of tender, not mushy. Most importantly, the aroma of the seasonings and the deliciousness of the side dishes were amazing. The sound of the pan stir-frying was loud and clear.
