Take a foreigner on a relaxing train ride, get lost, hitchhike, and almost miss the train. What the heck is this!!!!!! A random and lost travel plan. 🚩DAY 1 - 5.40 AM Depart from Lat Phrao - MRT Bang Khun Non Then choose to walk to Thonburi Railway Station (actually there are songthaews). Walk for about 15-20 minutes. - Buy a train ticket to Kra Sae Cave, Thai people 35 baht, foreigners 100 baht. - 7.50 AM Poonnnnn~ Let’s get lost in Kanchanuri - 11.50 AM Arrive at Kra Sae Cave, the highlight spot for tourists who come to see the Death Railway. - 1.40 PM Take the train back to the Kwai Yai Bridge. Buy tickets on the train, Thai people 12 baht, foreigners 100 baht (this shocked me soooooo much😱 The price difference is amazing everyone. The officer told foreigners that if you pay a flat rate, you can ride for only 2 stations, so I felt a bit sorry for my boyfriend😅) - 14.50 Arrived at the Big River Kwai Bridge. The next mission was to walk to find a hotel!! Got lost and had to Hitch a lift (hail a pickup truck). - 16.30 Arrived at the hotel (didn't take a single picture because I was sleepy). Take a nap😴💤💤 After that, rented a motorbike for 200 baht/day, drove around the city, and went to find something to eat at JJ Market, which is on the main road near the military cemetery. ***No more pictures because I was hungryyyyyyy*** 🚩DAY 2 - 10.50 Visit the River Kwai Bridge Waiting to take a picture with the train before going back to Bangkok - 12.00 Check Out Ride a motorbike to visit the market in the city, walk around looking for food - 13.30 Come back to find a coffee shop to wait for the train back to Bangkok - 14.40 Let's go home by train. Buy tickets on the train. Thai people 25 baht, foreigners 100 baht - 17.50 Arrived at Thonburi Railway Station. After that, go back the same way you came. Go Home🥳 This trip was fun, tiring and very hot. For friends who are planning to visit Kanchanaburi, you can come now.
