Take my mother from Kamakura Sakura Check-in to Shimoda

The tour period is from March 28 to April 6 Because of the rain and the sudden drop in temperature🥲 I already knew that the cherry blossoms would fall before I set out🫠 but! ! ! There are still many unexpectedly beautiful cherry blossom check-in spots in the itinerary, with few people and many beautiful cherry blossoms in bloom. I checked in almost all the cherry blossom species in Japan in one trip! ! ! The first stop is the cherry blossom check-in spot - Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine Actually, I don't recommend it. The road to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine is muddy. It was raining when we went there, and the ground was full of puddles and wet mud. But there are two rows of cherry blossoms beside the small river on both sides of the entrance. When we went there, they had already started to fall. They should have looked even better in their prime! ! (Figure 10) Second stop - Yumoto Bridge in Hakone Yumoto This is a location I found by chance, next to a very tall restaurant. My mother said that she really liked the scenery of the small bridge, flowing water and cherry blossoms, and the most important thing was that there was no one there! If you pass by, you might as well go over and take a picture. However, there is a road in the middle and cars will occasionally come in and out, so be sure to pay attention to safety when taking pictures! ! (Pictures 8-9 betraying mom 😀) The third stop - Mishima - Mishima Taisha Shrine❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommended! ! ! There is already a whole row of cherry blossoms as soon as you enter! ! ! You can take photos of at least three types of Japanese cherry blossoms at this single shrine! ! The layout is also very beautiful, the shrine is quite large, and it can be a weekday. There are not many people taking pictures on that day, so you don’t have to wait for a seat and you won’t have many people in the picture! We had expected that there wouldn't be many cherry blossoms in Kamakura and Hakone, but this was the first cherry blossom site that shocked us. (Figure 5-7) The fourth stop - Omuroyama Sakura no Sato This place should be very famous! ! ! Full of cherry blossoms! ! There are many kinds of cherry blossoms planted in one park, from white to pink! ! You can also take photos of Mt. Omuro from among the cherry blossoms! ! It was very beautiful. We arrived around 5 o'clock and there was almost no one in the park, so we could take pictures freely. I saw that there were large spotlights installed in the park. It would have been a different experience if we went there at night. Unfortunately, it rained when we arrived, so we didn't go out. (Figure 3-4) Last stop - Shimoda - Murakami Gassho-zukuri Folk Crafts Museum This location was discovered by chance and is an abandoned tourist attraction. but. . . The cherry blossoms are not in the Gassho-style house area. A little further ahead is a Japanese cemetery. But it is very beautiful, the outer city is built like a city wall, and the inside is full of cherry trees. But we didn't go in to disturb them, we just took some photos of the surrounding layout😀 I recommend you to go and see it, enjoy it, and don't disturb the local residents~ #TokyoSakura #Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine #Mishima Taisha #Tokyo Suburbs #Cherry Blossoms in the Suburbs of Tokyo
