The real Jeonju Bibimbap restaurant, [Junganghoe Hall]

🍚 Address: 19-3 Jeonra Gamyeong 5-gil, Wansan-gu, Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do [Central Hall] When I arrived in Jeonju, I was hungry so I ran straight to [Central Hall]. It wasn't lunch time yet but it was packed so I had to wait a bit before I could get in. My friend and I both ordered raw beef bibimbap 🍚 Menu: Raw beef bibimbap (15.0) 🍚 Rating: ★★★★☆ The side dishes came out one by one, and I was surprised because each one was so delicious. There were so many side dishes that I couldn't even see them all in the picture. Bibimbap came out right after. Dolsotbap and doenjangjjigae came out one after another. I scooped up some rice from the stone pot rice and put it in a bowl with vegetables and gochujang and mixed it well. It was so delicious that I realized why Jeonju is all about bibimbap. After eating a spoonful or two, the waiter came and mixed other sauces for me. When he asked me if I could eat spicy food, I said I did, and he mixed it with a lot of soy sauce!! He mixed it so quickly and thoroughly that I couldn't see his hands, so it tasted even better. I don't know what soy sauce it was, but I was able to eat bibimbap that was much more savory and spicy! After eating all the bibimbap, I poured water on the stone pot rice and ate the scorched rice, and I was able to finish the meal cleanly. When I came out after eating, there was a waiting line as expected.
